The Canadian MLS teams all took to social media to celebrate their country’s Olympic victory last week over the USA men’s hockey team. Maybe this is in direct correlation to the fact that Canadian MLS teams have yet to win a major MLS title. (The majority of MLS trophies live in LA, Houston, Kansas City, and Chicago.)
Sticky situation here for someone like, uh, Toronto FC’s new USA international Michael Bradley… Don’t you think?
The clubs took to YouTube, Twitter, and Instagram to show their support for their home country’s 1-0 victory. Pictures and original article here.
Go ahead, Canada, keep boasting about your hockey! We’ll keep the MLS trophies warm and polished down here 🙂
